Attendance Policy
Participants must attend at least 90% of all sessions to receive a certificate.
Payment Policy
- Payment must be made within 60 days of registration.
- If registering less than 14 days before the course, payment must be by credit card.
- Unpaid registrations 7 days before the course will be canceled.
- Participants who show up to an event for which their registration was canceled for nonpayment may pay for the event and participate only if there is still room available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by November 25, 2025: 75% Refund.
- Cancellation from November 26 to December 25, 2025: 25% Refund.
- Cancellation on or after December 26, 2025: No Refund.
- Registration can be transferred to a colleague free of charge.
