Registration Terms & Policies

Attendance Policy

Participants must attend at least 90% of all sessions to receive a certificate.

Payment Policy

• Payment must be made within 60 days of registration.

• If registering less than 14 days before the course, payment must be by credit card.

• Unpaid registrations 7 days before the course will be canceled.

• Participants who show up to an event for which their registration was canceled for nonpayment may pay for the event and participate only if there is still room available.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation on or before September 30, 2026: 75% refund.

• Cancellation from October 1 to October 31, 2026: 25% refund.

• Cancellation on or after November 1, 2026: No refund.

• Registration may be transferred to a colleague free of charge, subject to prior notification.
